Illona is our Executive Assistant. With an extensive background in operations and building procedures at a former company she excelled quickly and took the leap of faith to our firm Real Accounting. Her main role is to keep a pulse on the company’s systems, foresee any issues before they arise and when issues to come up, she can address them immediately.

She works a lot behind the scenes and helps the owner’s be able to continue to grow the company while maintaining the companies procedures and processes are in tact. Illona ensures Mike and Nathan are on top of their emails, schedules and holds them accountable.

Recently married, Illona enjoys her free time giving back to the community and church.   Her favorite quote is, “Shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you will land among the stars.”
