As our client Care Representative, Quiana’s main role is to ensure that all our clients get talked to at least every couple of months and are happy and up to date with any changes at NW Premier.

Not only does she offer a friendly voice to incoming calls, she also makes sure our clients have a smooth onboarding process. Her role is critical for ensuring that as our company grows, we stay in touch with all our clients and make sure communication stays top notch.

Born and raised in Manila, Philippines she has been residing in the PNW for the last couple of years. She is currently studying Integrated Strategic Communications at Washington State University. In her free time, she likes to go on road trips and long walks with her 3 year old Havanese.
