Jessica has been with NW Premier since August of 2022 and has excelled within the company. With an extensive background in customer service and understanding of the internal systems of NW Premier she is now taking on the role of Operations Manager.
She is overseeing client care, insures optimal client experience, deals with billing, assisting with communication between bookkeepers and management so the train stays on the tracks.
While she is keeping the internal systems moving smooth within NW Premier, on her off time she enjoys being outside by the water with her two dogs Bentley and Hoss.
